<b>Clay Mortar</b> is produced by us on our very <b>own production site</b>.

<p>There are 3 different building systems to choose from:</p>

<li> Conventional construction using ecologically friendly construction materials,
including imported quality-thermo-highhole-bricks.</li>
<li> A combination of the <i><b>Adobe Building-System</b></i> construction and
conventional construction.</li>

<p>Our <i><b>Adobe Building-System</b></i> is also ideal for renovation and /or
restoration of already existing clay buildings. For this purpose as well, our
experience and flexibility is unsurpassable. </p>
<p><b>Cost and time of construction</b></p>
<p>With the way the <i><b>Adobe Building-System</b></i> works, you will always
be able to calculate the exact cost and time necessary for completion of any
given building.</p>
<p>In general, the the cost and time of Adobe construction is the same as using
good conventional methods. The price as a general rule, would be approx. 10%
more than a house build according to the usual Portuguese standards.</p>
<p>However for the extra cost what you will get is a solid house with 5 times
the mass of a Portuguese standard house. This ensures the effortless regulation
of temperatures in your home, no matter the weather.</p>
